"They had way more stuff than I thought..."
They had way more stuff than I thought they would. It was easy to find different styles and colors, so I didn’t feel like I was stuck picking from the same boring choices. Happy with the selection overall.

I’ve been happy with the exclusive content on sting.com. I can’t say I remember every little update they post, but the good videos definitely stick in my head, which is usually how I judge this kind of thing. It feels like actual special material, not just random extras they had lying around. A few pages have loaded slowly for me here and there, though I mostly forget about that once I’m watching something worth it. It’s nice having stuff I don’t really come across anywhere else

"Arrived sooner than I thought"
I ordered from sting.com the shipping was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked well enough for me, though I did feel like the updates lagged a bit at times. Not a huge deal, but that’s why I’d take off one star. Overall, smooth experience...

I went with sting.com mostly because the price seemed fair compared to the other options I checked. It wasn’t the absolute cheapest, but for what I was getting, it felt reasonable.
I also didn’t feel like they were trying to sneak in random extra charges, which I really appreciated. Overall, the pricing was simple, clear, and refreshing

"The tour info was super accurate"
I checked the tour details here and everything ended up being right on point. The dates matched up, the venues were correct, and I didn’t run into any weird mix-ups or outdated information, which I really appreciated. It was nice to be able to look it over and feel confident that the info was actually accurate.

"Clear updates, no hassle"
I had a really good experience with sting.com. For something where you mostly just want to know what’s happening without having to chase people, their communication was spot on. My refund did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but I get that these things can take time, so I wasn’t too bothered. I reached out to support and they were decent about it. In the end, I got my money back, so I’m okay with how it turned out.

Using sting.com was straightforward. Easy. I didn’t have any major trouble finding what I needed, the pages loaded fine, and checkout was clear enough. Nice. The only thing I’d say is the menu could be a little simpler

"Nice shirt but a little expensive"
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt from sting.com and the quality was better than I thought it would be. The print looks really clean and the fabric feels nice. The hoodie stayed comfy after I washed it too. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected but the merch itself is solid.

"They actually keep it fresh"
I like that there’s always something new popping up, so it never feels abandoned or stale. i think if people are paying attention to something, it’s only right for the team behind it to keep improving it, and this definitely feels like they do. Makes me want to keep checking back.

Not gonna lie, the payment did go through eventually, so it wasn’t a big disaster or anything. But the checkout page felt slow, and for a minute I wasn’t sure if I’d actually been charged or not. I got the confirmation after a bit, so it all worked out in the end, but the whole process could’ve been smoother.

I signed up on Sting today i’ve got to give credit where it’s due. Usually I blame whoever builds these signup pages for making everything more complicated than it needs to be, but this one was actually simple. The email showed up right away, I got into my account without any weird errors, and the pages loaded fine. So far, no complaints from me
